CAMPAIGNS IN DETAIL

“BASIC” Campaign

The price of a BASIC campaign is 35.900,- CZK (excluding VAT) – you will pay this amount only (not the X month salary that regular employment agencies usually request).

The campaign lasts 5 weeks.

It provides setting ways of active search of candidates + our assistance in pre-selection of the most suitable ones.

You will receive a weekly report about new applicants, their CVs and the pre-selection made by our consultants over the phone.

Our advertising throughout the campaign adapts to changing circumstances in order to be the most efficient for you.

In the case that a client signs more than one contract from one recruitment, the price does not change.

Our sales representative and human resources consultant will be at your service and take care of the whole campaign.

“PLUS” Campaign

The price of a PLUS campaign is 45.900,- CZK (excluding VAT) – you will pay this amount only (not the X months salary that regular employment agencies usually request).

The campaign is extended to 6 weeks.

It provides setting ways of active search of candidates + our assistance in pre-selection of the most suitable ones.

You will receive a weekly report about new applicants, their CVs and the pre-selection made by our consultants over the phone.

This campaign includes a Personal-Professional Diagnostics Test for each candidate. We will test the working attitude of each of the candidates without limiting the quantity.

Our advertising throughout the campaign adapts to changing circumstances in order to be the most efficient for you.

Our sales representative and human resources consultant will be at your service and take care of the whole campaign.

“PREMIUM” Campaign

The price of a PREMIUM campaign is 55.900,- CZK (excluding VAT) – you will pay this amount only (not the X month salary that regular employment agencies usually request)

The campaign is extended to 8 weeks

It provides setting ways of active search of candidates + our assistance in pre-selection of the most suitable ones

You will receive a weekly report about new applicants, their CVs and the pre-selection made by our consultants over the phone

This campaign includes a Personal-Professional Diagnostics Test for each candidate. We will test the working attitude of each of the candidates without limiting the quantity

Our advertising throughout the campaign adapts to changing circumstances in order to be the most efficient for you

Our sales representative and human resources consultant will be at your service and take care of the whole campaign

All campaigns are tailor-made, based on consultations with clients (in accordance with the law Zák.435/2004 Sb/§16). 

We offer discounts for repeat consultations (valid from the second contract on). We are highly interested in hearing your feedback throughout the campaigns to be able to adjust them according to your needs.

PERSONAL-PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSTICS TEST OF INDIVIDUALS OR TEAM

Our recruitments may include a Personal-Professional Diagnostics Test which is useful in optimising the selection and profiling of individual applicants / whole teams. “PLUS” and “PREMIUM” campaigns include this diagnostics test of the working attitude of each candidate (unlimited number of candidates).

We can offer a Personal-Professional Diagnostics Test to your current and incoming employees as well as to a whole working team.

ARE YOU IN NEED OF A SPECIALIST FROM ABROAD? WE CAN SOLVE “WORK PERMIT & RESIDENCE PERMIT”

Have you found an employee (suitable for higher-level positions) or would you like to employ a specialist from non EU countries?

In this case we offer to take care of all the formalities (service provided by cooperating company) necessary for obtaining work and residence permit in the Czech Republic.

This service is suitable for example for IT specialists and similar (challenging) positions.

The permit is issued for the length of the stay, for up to 2 years and the employee is committed to sign a full-time job contract of at least 6 months.
